What "hand-coded" buys you

A template ships you somebody else's structure and asks you to pour your business into it. Everything that makes your business different becomes the thing the theme fights you on, and every plugin you add to work around it is one more thing that can break at 2am.

We write the page. That is the whole difference. It means your site is as fast as the content allows rather than as fast as the builder allows, that the quote flow asks your questions in your order, and that the French version is a first-class build rather than a translation bolted on at the end.

Questions before you start a build

How long does it take?

Two to three weeks for most builds. You see and approve the finished site before it goes live, so nothing is published that you have not already said yes to.

What is the monthly fee for?

Hosting, security, daily backups, same-day fixes, unlimited content changes at a 24 to 48 hour pace, an automatic Google review engine with replies drafted for you, monthly Google and AI visibility checks, and a person who answers. $20 a month on a Growth site, $40 on a store, starting 30 days after your payment. There is no separate maintenance retainer.

I already have a website. Is a redesign cheaper?

No, it costs the same as a new build. We migrate your content, keep what is working and fix what is costing you customers.

Do you build in French?

Yes, and properly. Every page exists in both languages with a working toggle, structured for Québec's Charter of the French language from day one rather than run through a translator at the end.

Do I own the site?

Yes. The code is yours, the domain is yours, and the content is yours.

Can I add the AI receptionist to it?

Yes, and most people do. It is priced separately at $297 a month with the first month free, and it works whether we built your site or not.
