The problem

Investors lose their evenings to listings.

Finding a property worth buying means reading hundreds of listings that are not. The analysis is repetitive, numerical and unforgiving, and by listing eighty nobody is being careful any more.

The work is real but it is not judgement. It is arithmetic against a set of criteria, done over and over, which is exactly the shape of problem software should take off a person's desk.
