Quoting Agent terms
Version 2026-09-30. In effect from September 30, 2026. You accept these terms by checking the box at checkout.
1. The service
Samro Studios Inc. ("we") builds and runs a quoting agent for your business ("you"). Your customers pick what they need and get a price on your website, by text, or by phone. The agent can book the job into your calendar. You get the job with the full list, by text and by email. It carries your company name, your logo and your rates. Your customers only see your company.
2. The price
The quoting agent costs $249 a month. You pay in US dollars if your business is in the United States and in Canadian dollars if it is in Canada. Taxes are added where they apply, based on your billing address. The build is included. Hosting and changes to your prices, services and wording are included.
3. The first month is free
You put a card on file at checkout. Nothing is charged that day. The first 30 days are free. The first payment of $249 plus tax is charged on day 31, then every month after that on the same day. If you stop before day 31, you pay nothing.
4. No commitment
There is no contract term. You can stop any month by emailing dev@samrostudios.com. The service runs until the end of the month you already paid for, then stops, and nothing more is charged. Months already paid are not refunded.
5. What you give us
You give us your services, your rates and the questions you want asked. You check the prices the agent shows before it goes live, and you tell us when they change. The price the agent gives is an estimate built from the rates you gave us. The final price for a job is between you and your customer.
6. Your customers and their details
The details your customers give the agent belong to you. We use them only to run the service for you: to quote, to book and to send you the job. We do not sell them. Our privacy policy at samrostudios.com/privacy applies.
7. Texts and calls
The agent texts and calls only people who contacted your business first, such as a missed call or a quote request. Anyone can reply STOP to stop the texts. Calls may be recorded so you can read them. If a caller asks, the agent says it is an AI assistant for your company. You confirm you are allowed to forward your calls and to text your customers back.
8. Price changes
If we ever change the monthly price, we tell you by email at least 30 days before it applies to you. You can stop before then and pay nothing more.
9. When we can stop the service
We can pause or end the service if a payment fails and is not fixed within 14 days, or if the agent is used for spam or anything unlawful. We tell you by email first.
10. Limits
We keep the agent running and fix problems fast, but we do not promise a number of jobs or bookings. Our total responsibility to you is limited to what you paid us in the 3 months before the claim.
11. The law that applies
These terms are governed by the laws of Quebec and the federal laws of Canada that apply there. Questions about these terms go to dev@samrostudios.com.
