The Groom Room on Oak Street had loyal customers and a phone that never stopped. It did not have a website. We built one that shows prices, shows the dogs, and books the appointment.

The problem

Everything lived on the phone

If you wanted a price, you called. If you wanted to know they were open, you called.

A groomer with a dog on the table cannot pick up every call. Some people just move on to the next salon.
