A roofer you can reach in one tap.
Northline is family-run out of Timberlea, roofing Halifax and the surrounding HRM. Every screen of the site points at the same two things: call Jake, or send the form. There is no portal, no quote wizard and nothing to sign up for.

This is the real Northline site, live inside this page. Scroll it the way a homeowner with a leak would, and count how far you ever are from the phone number.
The problem
Roofing is won on the phone.
A roof gets bought under pressure. Something is leaking, the forecast is bad, and the homeowner is choosing between three names they found in about four minutes. Northline had the work and the reputation, and nowhere for that search to land.
So the brief was not a brochure. It was a page that survives being read on a phone, in a hurry, by someone who has already decided they need a roofer and only wants to know which one.
What we built
One job: get Jake on the phone.
- A Get a Free Estimate button pinned in the header on every screen
- The (902) number as a tap-to-call link, in the header and again in the copy
- Service cards written in plain language instead of trade jargon
- Google and Facebook proof stated once, with the reviews quoted in full
- A form that asks the five things needed to price a roof, and nothing else
- Built mobile-first, because a leak gets searched from under the leak
Worth noticing
The lighthouse on the badge faces the storm.
The brand is three colours and one idea. Navy for the North Atlantic, cream so the pages stay readable in daylight on a phone, and a single brick red that is only ever allowed to mean act: the estimate button, the phone number, the link. Nothing decorative borrows it, which is why the button never has to shout.
The badge carries the argument before a word is read: a lighthouse with its light on, turned into the weather. The photography finishes it. These are job sites, not stock houses under a blue sky, and the picture that earns the most is a tear-off in the snow.
