The problem
A business living in someone's DMs.
Every order arrived as a direct message. Colours, quantities and delivery details were negotiated by hand, one conversation at a time, and payment happened somewhere else entirely.
That ceiling is hard. It caps how many orders a maker can take, and it quietly loses every customer who was not willing to message a stranger to buy a gift.

Worth noticing
The bouquet builder is the moat.
Anyone can list flowers in a grid. The builder lets a customer choose each stem and colour and watch the arrangement come together, which turns buying into making.
It matters commercially too. A custom bouquet is not price-comparable against anything, so the store stops competing on being the cheapest flowers on the internet.
