AI Receptionist

A natural AI receptionist that answers every call, books the job and texts you

Your phone stops going to voicemail tonight. It answers in English and French, around the clock, and sends you the caller, the reason and the booked time before you have wiped your hands.

One price. Unlimited calls.

Card on file at signup, nothing charged for 30 days. Start it now and it is answering your line tonight.

Call it and try to trip it up

Talk over it. Change your mind halfway through. Ask it something odd. This is the same receptionist your callers get, running a real business, and it is the fastest way to find out whether it is good enough for your phone.

Fiona answers the line right now for a real business: Water damage restoration, Boston MA. Call the number, or press the button and talk in your browser.

What it actually does on a call

It picks up on the first ring, every time, including at 9pm on a Sunday. It knows your services, your hours, your service area and your prices. It answers the question the caller actually asked, handles the interruption when they change their mind halfway through, takes the address and the details, books the job into your calendar, and sends you a text with the whole thing before the caller has put their phone down.

When it hits something it should not decide on its own, a price it has no rule for or a caller who wants you specifically, it says so plainly, takes a message with everything you need to call back, and texts you straight away.

It tells a caller it is an AI assistant when they ask, and calls are recorded, so nothing about it is a trick you have to keep up.

Hear it running someone else's business

Six receptionists, six different businesses, all the same machine. Two of them answer a real phone line, so call the number, or press any orb and talk in your browser.

Heating and air conditioning, Charlotte NC

Priya

Tell her the furnace quit on the coldest night of the year, then ask what a whole new system runs, and watch her give a range instead of a number nobody can stand behind.

Junk removal, Tampa FL

Tori

Describe a garage full of nothing in particular and see her price it by how much truck it fills. Try handing her a can of paint.

Simone

Book a table for eight on Saturday at seven, change it to Thursday halfway through, then add an allergy, and see whether she keeps up.

Three steps and it is on your line

Most businesses are answering calls the same day they sign up.

  1. Tell us about your business

A short setup form: your services, your hours, your service area, the prices you are happy to quote on the phone, and what you want done with a caller who is ready to book.

  2. Forward your line

We send you your receptionist number and the exact forwarding steps for your carrier. Two minutes on your phone. Forward everything, or only what you do not pick up in four rings.

  3. Read your texts

Every call arrives as a text and an email with the caller, the number, the reason and the booking. Recordings and transcripts sit in your portal.

Questions people ask before they start

What does it cost?

$297 a month, unlimited calls, plus tax. The first month is free: your card goes on file at signup and nothing is charged for 30 days. No setup fee. No commitment.

How is it really unlimited?

There are no call bands, no per-call meter and no overage line on your invoice. It is built for businesses up to about 1,000 calls a month. Past that we talk, because at that volume you want a plan designed around your queue rather than a surprise at the end of the month.

Does it actually sound like a person?

It holds a real conversation. It hears you out, asks the follow-up question, handles the interruption, and it never reads a menu at anybody. Call one of the demo lines above and push on it. That is the honest answer.

Do I have to change my phone number?

No. You keep your number. We give you a receptionist number and you forward your line to it, either always or only on the calls you do not pick up. Your carrier does the forwarding in about two minutes and we send you the exact steps for your carrier.

Does it book into my calendar?

Yes. Google Calendar, Outlook, or the booking tool you already run, and it writes the job into your CRM when you have one. You get a text and an email with the caller, the reason for the call and the booked time.

Does it speak French?

Yes, English and Québec French, and it switches in the middle of a call when the caller does.

What happens if it does not know the answer?

It says so, takes a full message and texts you immediately, with the recording and the transcript in your portal. It is built to hand a call over cleanly rather than to guess at your prices.

How do I stop?

One click in your portal. The month you have already paid runs to its end date, then it stops. No commitment and no notice letter.
