For restaurants
An AI receptionist for restaurants
The phone rings hardest at exactly the moment nobody can pick it up. Every unanswered ring at 7pm is a table of four that just booked somewhere else.
The three calls you are losing right now
The 7pm reservation. Your host is seating a party of six. The phone rings eleven times and stops.
The same four questions, forty times a week. Are you open Monday. Do you have a patio. Is there parking. Can you do gluten free. Every one of those pulls someone off the floor.
The large party on a Tuesday afternoon. Nobody is on the phone between services, and a fourteen-top does not leave a voicemail.

Talk to it and try to trip it up
Talk over it. Change your mind halfway through. Ask it something only a restaurant customer would ask. It is the fastest way to find out whether it is good enough for your phone.

Three steps and it is on your line
Tell us about your business
A short setup form: your services, your hours, your service area, the prices you are happy to quote on the phone, and what you want done with a caller who is ready to book a reservation.
Forward your line
We send you your receptionist number and the exact forwarding steps for your carrier. Two minutes on your phone. Forward everything, or only what you do not pick up in four rings.
Read your texts
Every call arrives as a text and an email with the caller, the number, the reason and the booking. Recordings and transcripts sit in your portal.
Questions people ask before they start
What does it cost?
$297 a month, unlimited calls, plus tax. USD in the US, CAD in Canada. The first month is free: your card goes on file at signup and nothing is charged for 30 days. No setup fee. No commitment.
How is it really unlimited?
No call bands, no per-call meter, no overage line on your invoice. It is built for businesses up to about 1,000 calls a month. Past that we talk, because at that volume you want a plan designed around your queue rather than a surprise at the end of the month.
Do I have to change my phone number?
No. You keep your number. We give you a receptionist number and you forward your line to it, either always or only on the calls you do not pick up. Your carrier does the forwarding in about two minutes and we send you the exact steps.
Does it book into my calendar?
Yes. Google Calendar, Outlook, or the scheduling tool you already run, and it writes the reservation into your CRM when you have one. You get a text and an email with the caller, the reason and the booked time.
What happens if it does not know the answer?
It says so, takes a full message and texts you immediately, with the recording and the transcript in your portal. It is built to hand a call over cleanly rather than to guess at your prices.
How do I stop?
One click in your portal. The month you have already paid runs to its end date, then it stops. No commitment and no notice letter.
