Where the job actually goes
-
10:04 am
A homeowner asks for a quote on your site. You are on a job with both hands full and your phone in the truck.
-
1:20 pm
Still nothing back, so they fill in two more forms. Somebody rings them at 1:22 and asks when they are home this week.
-
6:11 pm
You call from the driveway. They are polite about it. The estimate is booked for Thursday with the company that called first.
7x
Firms that got to a lead within an hour were about seven times more likely to qualify it than firms that waited just one hour longer.
27%
About 27 percent of inbound calls to home services businesses are never answered by anyone.
What happens in the first minute
A lead lands
From your website form, a Google Ads lead form, Local Services Ads, a Facebook lead form, Angi or HomeAdvisor, or a call nobody picked up.
She calls within 60 seconds
She dials out while the homeowner is still on your page, before they get to the next three companies on the list.
She qualifies the job
The address, what is wrong, whether it is an insurance claim, and when they can be there. The questions you would ask yourself.
She books the estimate
It goes on your calendar in a slot you left open, and you get a text with the address, the problem and the time.
Your inbound line is answered the same way, day and night.
Play the homeowner
Call the number. She picks up like you just asked for a quote, qualifies you and books the estimate. Then she tells you what she is.
Savannah answers the line right now for a real business: Water damage restoration, Atlanta GA. Call the number, or press the button and talk in your browser.

Questions people ask before they start
What counts as a lead?
Anyone who raised their hand: a quote request from your site, an ad form, a marketplace, or a caller who rang and got nobody. It calls all of them back. It does not cold call a list, and it never calls someone who did not contact you.
Which lead sources can you connect?
Your website forms, Google Ads lead forms, Local Services Ads, Facebook and Instagram lead forms, Angi, HomeAdvisor and Thumbtack, plus your phone line for the calls that ring out. Anything that can send a webhook or land in an inbox can be wired up.
How fast is the callback really?
The target is inside 60 seconds from the moment the lead reaches us, and in practice it is usually under 30. The clock starts when we get the lead, so we set the handoff up as a webhook rather than an email forward wherever your form allows it.
Does it answer my phone too?
Yes. Same agent, same voice, same rules, on your inbound line day and night. You keep your number and forward it, either always or only on the calls you do not pick up in four rings.
What if the homeowner asks what it costs?
It gives the range you gave us and says what moves the number, then books the estimate to get a real figure. It does not invent a price, and it does not read a menu at anybody.
Does it work with my calendar and my CRM?
Google Calendar and Outlook, and the software you already run: Jobber, ServiceTitan, Housecall Pro, AccuLynx or JobNimbus. The estimate is written into a slot you left open and the lead lands in your CRM with the notes attached.
What does it say when someone asks if it is AI?
It says it is an AI assistant. Every call is recorded and the notice follows the rules in the state you are calling into, so there is no illusion to keep up.
Is it allowed to call people back like that?
It only calls people who just contacted you, which is the consent the call rests on. It does not dial purchased lists, it honors a do-not-call request on the spot, and the recording notice follows your state.
What exactly does the guarantee cover?
It books you at least five estimates in your first 30 days or your next month is free. Your side of it is plain: at least 15 qualified leads reaching it over those 30 days, a calendar with open slots in it, and one free month, once. The 30 days start at go-live and you connect at least one lead source in the first 7 days.
How do I stop?
Month to month with 30 days notice. Tell us and it keeps running through the notice period, then stops.
