The 6:12 call
Nobody misses a call on purpose. It rings while you are with a client.
-
6:12 pm
You closed at six. The phone rings anyway. That is when people finish work and think about booking.
-
6:13 pm
It goes to your greeting. She does not leave a message. Almost nobody does. She taps the next spa on the map.
-
9:40 am
You see the missed call and ring back. She is at her desk. It is awkward and it is over.
27%
About 27 out of every 100 calls to service businesses never get answered.
7x
Businesses that called back within the hour did about 7 times better.
How it works
Forward your line when you close
Every call after six. Or only the ones that ring out while you are busy. Your carrier does it with one code. You turn it off the same way.
It picks up and sounds like a person
Your spa's name. No menu. No hold music. She talks to it the way she talks to your front desk.
It books the appointment
Into a slot you left open. Her name, her number, what she asked about. No open slot, it takes her details and the best time to call.
You get the text
Every word of the call, with the booking attached. You read it between clients. No voicemail at nine at night.
You keep your number. Nothing on your door, your cards or your listings changes.
Call it and be the client
Ask it for an evening appointment. Then ask it something it should not answer. Watch it hand you back to a person.
Med spa front desk, after hours. Lumen Aesthetics is our demo. Press the button and talk to her.
What it never does
No medical advice. No prices. No treatment talk. It books, and it hands the rest to you.
No medical advice
It never tells a client a treatment is right for her. It never says what to expect after. That is your room, not the phone.
No prices
It never puts a number on the phone. If she asks, it says the price comes from the appointment. Then it books it.
No treatment talk
It does not take a history, a medication list or a condition. A name, a number, and what she wants to come in for.
It hands the rest to you
Anything else, it says so, takes her details and texts you. Or it moves the call to a real person if you asked for that.
The price, and the promise
The fine print is short and it is in the terms.

Start my 14 daysQuestions owners ask
Do I keep my phone number?
Yes. The number on your window, your cards and your listings stays yours. You forward it when you close. Ask your carrier for the call forwarding code on your plan. You switch it off the same way you switched it on.
What does it say if someone asks whether it is a robot?
It says it is an AI assistant. Every call is recorded. The notice follows your state's rules on its own. Nothing for you to keep up.
Can it talk about treatments?
It can say what you offer, in your own words. Then it stops. No advice, no aftercare, no prices. Everything past that is an appointment, and booking it is the whole job.
Which calendar does it book into?
Google Calendar, Outlook, and the booking software you already run. It only writes into a slot you left open. It cannot double book your room or your injector.
What happens in the 14 days?
It answers your line exactly the way it will after. Nothing is charged. Your card is on file and the first month bills on day fifteen. Cancel from your phone before then and you pay nothing.
What does the guarantee cover?
Any month a call reaches your voicemail is free. That is what you are paying for: nobody hears a greeting after six.
How long does setup take?
Days, not weeks. Tell us your hours and what you offer, in your own words. Then how you want appointments booked, and who a call should go to. That list is most of it.
