Show up when people ask Google and ChatGPT.

Your customers stopped scrolling ten blue links. They ask a question and take the answer. We make sure the answer has your name in it.

What changed

For twenty years, search meant a list. You typed a phrase, you got ten links, and the job was to be one of them.

Now a homeowner types a whole question and gets a paragraph back. Google writes an AI Overview above the results. ChatGPT, Perplexity and Copilot answer it outright, name two or three businesses, and never send anyone to a tenth blue link. The person who asked reads the answer and calls somebody. Most of the time they never see a results page at all.

That is a different job. Ranking is no longer the point. Being quoted is the point, and a page has to be written so that a machine can lift a clean answer out of it and attribute that answer to you.

What we do

  1. Your Google Business Profile, run properly

Categories, service areas, services and hours filled in the way Google actually reads them, photographs posted on a schedule, and every question in the Q&A answered by you instead of by a stranger. This is still the single biggest lever on a local search, and most profiles are half empty.

  2. Answers pages that AI assistants cite

Real questions your customers type, answered in the first forty to sixty words, on a page that stands on its own. That shape is what a model can quote. Ours already live at the answers hub, and yours are written the same way.

  3. Structured data, so machines can read the facts

Organization, Service, FAQ and LocalBusiness markup that agrees with what the page says and with what your profile says. When the three disagree, an assistant trusts none of them.

  4. A review engine that keeps asking

Every finished job asks for the review automatically, and every review gets a reply drafted for you. Recency and volume both count, and nobody is ever paid or prompted to leave a rating they do not mean.

  5. A monthly report you can actually read

What people asked, what you showed up for, which assistants named you, and what we are doing next month. In plain English, not a dashboard export.

One local business at a time, in English and Québec French.

Proof

We do this on our own site first, in public. The answers hub is the same structure we build for clients: a real question as the heading, the answer in the first paragraph, sources named. The local SEO answer is the long version of this page's argument, and the case studies under Work show what the pages look like on a client's own domain.

Ask an assistant a question your customers would ask and see who it names today. That is the baseline, and it is the only one worth measuring against.

How it works

Four weeks to the first report, then a rhythm.

  1. Audit

We ask the assistants what they say about you now, pull your profile, your markup and your pages apart, and write down every place the facts disagree.

  2. Fix

Profile filled in properly, markup corrected, the pages that were nearly answers turned into answers.

  3. Publish

New answers pages on the questions you actually get asked, in both languages, on a schedule rather than in one burst.

  4. Report

Every month: what moved, what an assistant says about you now, and what is queued next.

How it is priced

Quoted per business, because a one-location plumber and a six-location clinic are not the same work. You see the audit first, then Sami walks you through it on a fifteen minute call.

See it work

Questions people ask before they start

Is this just SEO with a new name?

It shares the foundation: a fast site, honest structure, a real Google Business Profile. What is different is the output. Traditional SEO optimises a page to be ranked in a list. This optimises a passage to be quoted in an answer, which means the answer has to be at the top of the page, self-contained, and attributable.

How long before anything moves?

Profile work can show inside a few weeks. Being cited by an assistant is slower, because a model has to see your pages, and it sees them on its own schedule. Four to six months is an honest expectation for the citation side.

Do you guarantee a position?

No, and nobody can. There is no position to buy in an AI answer and no ranking to promise in a list. What we report is what actually happened: what you showed up for, what an assistant says about you now, and what changed since last month.

Do you write hundreds of city pages?

No. Mass-generated location pages are the fastest way to get a site classified as spam, and an assistant will not quote a page that says nothing. We write fewer pages that answer real questions.

Does this work in French?

Yes, and it is a separate build rather than a translation. A Québec customer asks a question in French, an assistant answers it in French, and the page it lifts that answer from has to have been written in French to be worth quoting.
